Rozita Sharafjahan Information

Sharafjahan, Rozita (born Tehran, 1962) Iranian contemporary sculptor, painter and video artist Rosita was born in Tehran, the capital city of Iran. She is graduated from conservatory in the field of sculpturing and after passing the course of conservatory she followed the same field in Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University and received her B.A. from that Faculty. She is the founder and manager of Free Designers (Tarrahan Azad) Gallery and is one of the pioneers in the business of gallery holding and handling. Her gallery deserves to be appreciated for exploring the talented artists of the years of 2000. She also is known for her determinant role in the field of painting and sculpturing as a contemporary women artist. Some of her works are kept in some international collections such as the Blotti Museum of Italy. A selected individual exhibition that she has participated: 1.
