Tooran Zandieh Information

Zandiyeh, Tooran (born January 28, 1940) artist and painter was born in Kermanshah, one of the cities in the west of Iran. she was graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts of Tehran University in 1960 at the B.A. level in the field of painting. She started to teach designing, painting and illustrating in various conservatories and schools of art. She invented a new method of teaching painting to children through this method she helps the trainee to become acquainted with his/her own various aspects of his/her nature and overcome his intrinsic problems. Zandiyeh taught this method to students of all branches of art too, in order to employ this method in the future as an art teacher. She has held various exhibitions in Tehran, the capital city. Her first individual exhibitions were held in the House of Artists, in 2013, which was welcomed by her audience. The second exhibition was held for five days from May 6-11, 2014 in the same House and her third exhibition lasted for 26 days due to the zeal and zest that her audience showed. The place of the exhibition was in the “Sa” Gallery in Pasdaran Ave, in the northeast of Tehran. Her 4th exhibition was held on April 23, 2016, in the same Gallery which was welcomed greatly. She also has attended in four group exhibitions too.
