Biography

Dr. Majid Makhdoom Farkhondeh (born on June 5, 1945, in Rasht, Iran) is a renowned Iranian environmental scientist, professor, and researcher. He specializes in environmental impact assessment, ecological capability evaluation, spatial planning, and the management of national parks and forests. He is currently a professor at the University of Tehran and serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Iranian Society for Environmental Impact Assessment.
